Web#1 taxis are mostly called/ussed in leisure districts. each type of building district got its own usage, leisure most other less. #2 taxis are called when there is no other good bus/metro passenger system. if you got a good network of buslines/metros no CIM call a cap. they definitly prefer metro over bus and bus over taxi/ own car/ own bicicyle. It's godawful. Imagine a bus for one passenger. There aren't even Taxi Lane roads. Taxis don't use Bus Lanes to skirt traffic. So, you're not missing anything.
