If it fails to POST you'll have to reset the CMOS. 1.4v is definitely way too high IMO. I'm not sure if that's that safe for a 7700k, though I'm not too familiar ... WebSep 18, 2011 · First thing I'd say it is is CPU - either not enough voltage or otherwise unstable overclock. That vcore fluctuation is largely normal - you'll find it jumps around a lot based on demand. 1.34v might not be enough for your 4.5ghz. Also software voltage monitoring isn't great - notice it says your 12v is at 6v or something.
