Cooling on RTX 4090 is overkill. My card consuming 450 watt and in silent bios mode. At 69 C fans spins 1100-1200 RPM. minimum RPM is 1000 RPM before going in to 0 DB mode and max RPM is 3100 RPM. That should say something about how silent and overkill these cards cooling is or can be.
