WebHonestly, when you break it down, it's never been so much about the DC weapons getting a refine (cause we've seen LB get refined and keep DC, plus some refines have gotten conditional DC), so much as it's been the fact that most DC weapons are shared between units, and the latter of which IS is understandably hesitant to give a refine to. Premium DC refines, even CYL ones, aren't even expected to catch up to grail refines. I mean, I'm glad grail refines have been pretty good as of late, but man.

WebThe +1 and -2atk i guess balance out the bonus stats, but its still a breath skill that gives adaptive damage vs ranged, sure its on every breath and shouldnt be budgeted too hard, but innately dragons are more potent DC users than other weapon types so idk i think if anything a dragon prf DC refine goes a long way to enable DC refines.
