WebThe +1 and -2atk i guess balance out the bonus stats, but its still a breath skill that gives adaptive damage vs ranged, sure its on every breath and shouldnt be budgeted too hard, but innately dragons are more potent DC users than other weapon types so idk i think if anything a dragon prf DC refine goes a long way to enable DC refines.

WebLyn won this round pretty hard I think. Armor eff, NFU-O, Null Guard, Slaying, +8 all stats, and Sweep against all 1-range foes including Dragons who usually require Watersweep.. The beasts look ok, Delthea looks neat but I think it's going to be a H!Nowi situation where despite warping memes she doesn't really hit super hard enough to take advantage of it. WebIt's a fine enough refine but doesn't justify the ally damage and doesn't compare to most recent refines. Conditional DC, follow-up denial/assurance, and Atk/Def -5 on foe is basically nothing in terms of most recent refines let alone PRFs. ... DC weapons are all a little undertuned because of enhanced DC skills existing and offense powercreep ... WebThe first 8 legendaries got removed from the pool for now, with the anniversary next month, I think they will tell us in the anniversary Feh channel that these units get which includes Leiptr, Ragnell, and Rajinto. Then afterwards they would start rolling out DC weapon refines on the other units that need them.
