WebApr 6, 2024 · I think that I can simply replace the clutch and rebuild the transfer case for roughly $600. I could spend up to a few thousand on the project if it would be a good upgrade, but cant really afford to spend more that $3,000 at this point. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. WebJan 4, 2011 · With in the next two weeks I am putting up for sale a chevybellhouseing/420 Transmission/AA Rock Box that goes to a crusier case. Currently the t-case is cracked. I do have an extra t-case. Sorry to hi-jack the tread, but this has been a great set up with insanely low gearing. Option 1 seems like the ticket. The squeal sounds like it's from the transfer case, but it usually squeals as I start to push the clutch in.
