Fluttering under right breast area
WebJul 5, 2008 · Same thing - only I'm adding some symptoms here. Felt a pain just off center upper chest. The pain felt "on the surface of the chest" This was two months ago and the slight pain has persisted. At the same time this occurred I began getting a fluttering feeling in the upper left side of the chest not necessarily under the ribs.
