WebI just upgraded to a 2080 ti from sli 980's and am getting low CPU usage in games. My CPU is a 4790k and I'm playing at 1440p 144hz. I used to get 70fps+ in AAA games like GTA V but now am getting around 50-60 in ultra. Also getting low fps in games like Dishonored 2 and Monster Hunter World.
