Web7 mei 2024 · The Life Is Wonderful 5K and 10K course is USATF certified. The 10K consists of two loops around Lake Harriet on the roads. The 5K Run and Walk is one loop around the lake. The course is moderately hilly on north and south ends, flat on east and west sides. Basically sitting in a cubicle all the time led me to realize I’d better start moving or else. I’ve also been training the past few weeks for my first Half Marathon. Did a 5k this past week and hit my (adult) PB of 24:12. I want to get to a sub-20 again.
