Tried doing my own research and it seems most people agree, TMPIN0 = Motherboard TMPIN1 = CPU TMPIN2 = Northbridge so, simple enough. Except I have 5 TMPIN readings and it skips TMPIN1 altogether! WebYes this is correct. It's not crazy garbage that HWMonitor is making up, it's just a disconnected sensor. My mobo has an external temp probe connector and I accidentally got a 20K ohm one instead of 10K ohm. It read low for a while and then went up to 127 when the value was out of range. Replaced it with a 10K probe and now it reads fine on TMPIN6. WebMay 29, 2010 · I can find no program that gives any temp for the CPU, just the individual core temps (which are 0c). However, HWMonitor shows TMPIN0 as 25c and TMPIN2 as 28c (there is no listing for TMPIN1). I have read a dozen different guesses as to what these mean. Does anyone here know what these refer to on this particular mobo?
